Dutch manager Erik ten Hag has had a dismal start to the season, similar to his first at Old Trafford, with the Red Devils having lost two of their first three league games, following a 3-0 thrashing at Liverpool.
After the Red Devils’ clash, Sky Bet have cut the odds on Premier League managers who could be sacked this season. Before the Liverpool game, Ten Hag was the first to be sacked at 8-1 (bet 1 to win 8 excluding stake), but after Manchester United’s humiliating defeat to Liverpool, the odds have been cut to 7-2.
However, Ten Hag, who oversaw Manchester United to an eighth-place finish last season, remains second favourite to take the vacant job behind Everton boss Sean Dyche, according to the latest odds.
